In the days of those kings the God of heaven will raise up an everlasting kingdom that will not be destroyed and a kingdom that will not be left to another people. It will break in pieces and bring about the demise of all these kingdoms. But it will stand forever.Daniel 2:44

    Amillennialists deny that Christ will reign over an Earthly kingdom. However, Scripture is clear that Christ will indeed rule on Earth during the Millennial Kingdom. Whether the kingdom is literally 1000 years or not does not change the fact that it is Earthly.

    Prophecies of the Earthly reign of Christ

    2 In the future
    the mountain of the LORD's temple will endure
    as the most important of mountains,
    and will be the most prominent of hills.
    All the nations will stream to it,
    3 many peoples will come and say,
    "Come, let us go up to the LORD's mountain,
    to the temple of the God of Jacob,
    so he can teach us his requirements,
    and we can follow his standards."
    For Zion will be the center for moral instruction;
    the LORD will issue edicts from Jerusalem.
    4 He will judge disputes between nations;
    he will settle cases for many peoples.
    They will beat their swords into plowshares,
    and their spears into pruning hooks.
    Nations will not take up the sword against other nations,
    and they will no longer train for war.Isaiah 2:2-4

    20 Never again will one of her infants live just a few days
    or an old man die before his time.
    Indeed, no one will die before the age of a hundred,
    anyone who fails to reach the age of a hundred will be considered cursed.
    21 They will build houses and live in them;
    they will plant vineyards and eat their fruit.
    22 No longer will they build a house only to have another live in it,
    or plant a vineyard only to have another eat its fruit,
    for my people will live as long as trees,
    and my chosen ones will enjoy to the fullest what they have produced.
    23 They will not work in vain,
    or give birth to children that will experience disaster.
    For the LORD will bless their children
    and their descendants.
    24 Before they even call out, I will respond;
    while they are still speaking, I will hear.
    25 A wolf and a lamb will graze together;
    a lion, like an ox, will eat straw,
    and a snake's food will be dirt.
    They will no longer injure or destroy
    on my entire royal mountain," says the LORD.Isaiah 65:20-25

    Daniel 7 places the Millennial Kingdom as the final kingdom on earth. Zechariah 14 describes the Second Coming and the Earthly reign of Christ that follows.

    Note that these verses do not in any way contradict the idea of a spiritual kingdom. Scripturally, this spiritual kingdom is distinct from the Millennial Kingdom (the Earthly reign).
